Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right! Another thing that we found so valuable was Josh's setting up of a tent around himself to protect the rest of the room from being overwhelmed with dust.
