"1. Super friendly customer service by Samantha. 2. Super friendly and highly expertise work by Josh. 3. We had a difficult section of flooring that had to be repaired and redone. Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right!
