"Outstanding service! It's my pleasure to offer a 5-star review for YABI SERVICES INC. My LG clothes dryer stopped operating on a Friday, the major appliance center where I've purchased all my appliances and electronics said no service appts. were available for 10 days (!) and quoted me an unreasonable service call fee. I took a chance by calling Yabi Services, and not only was Yabi able to schedule me the next day, Saturday, but the questions he properly asked on the phone provided him enough information to show up for the appt., on time, with a replacement motor. He explained the problem, the solution, the costs involved (labor and parts), and performed the work quickly AND correctly, with the help of his colleague, Mike. My dryer is like new! I would not hesitate to call Yabi again, and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair."

"All went very well. Called early morning and they came by late afternoon. Able to diagnose problem quickly (something stuck in drum) and were efficient. Receipt emailed contained photo of appliance and serial number and reason for repair. Price was what I expected. Would hire again."

R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"Frankie came back today &amp; tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator&#39;s evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn&#39;t able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."

"Robert was very competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thought the simple solution would solve the problem. As he was finishing and packing to go, he realized that something was not right. He then spent time investigating further and found that two parts needed replacing. He happily had those parts in stock at the shop, which was not too far away and replaced them. The refrigerator now works fine and we are very satisfied and appreciate he went the extra step avoiding a further service call or our finding a different repair service. Robert has a speech impediment but makes himself understood and his competence overcomes any physical disability. Weâ  d be happy to have him back for other appliance needs as they arise."
