"Portoro flooring services is really impressive. They installed brand new kitchen, backsplash with precision and a good guy towards the color of the mortar and edging. Moreover, the wood floor repair that we had was not an easy project as there had been previous water damage that they had to help repair before creating an environment able to have a reworked wood floor. There were a lot of variabilities near the dishwasher and other areas in the kitchen. Again, their quality of work was truly excellent. The baseboards added were a very good quality. In conclusion, their communication was excellent. It was clear they cared about whether we would be satisfied with the finished product. I would consider them for a bigger project in the future if we had it now. I encourage you to do business with this company."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
