Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "Trenton and his crew were great to work with during the sales and installation of the project for my parents. However, when we had concerns about issues with the installation. We had a contractor look it over and he concluded many shingles were not nailed down and the drip edges were not installed properly which will result in leaking over time. That contractor called Trenton and Trenton said it was not his problem. We were shocked. We tried reaching Trenton and left messages and he has not returned any calls. Hopefully, this does not happen to others, but I highly recommend those in Presque Isle MI to have any work Arrow did for them looked over by a professional."
