"Modern Xterior installed vinyl siding & trim and caulked around all windows & trim areas. They will also be installing a new awning over the back door. This was a big job as our home is a 2 family flat about 2300 sq. ft. with old asphalt siding. The crew was professional and they were on time each day. This job took 3 days and the crew worked at least 8 hours each day. When I contacted the company for an estimate one of their employee's came out his name was Spencer and he was very nice an easy to communicate with, this was also true of the owner Jesse, his brother James and other employee's that we dealt with. Modern Xterior's price was the most reasonable when compared with other estimates we received. This company did an excellent job on our home. When my husband and I looked at our home after the installation of the siding was complete, it looked like a totally new home. We have received compliments from family members and neighbors on how nice our home looks. My husband and I are very pleased with the job. We would recommend Modern Xterior to other people.
