Poor Communication: Ive made countless phone calls and emails, often receiving empty responses or no reply at all. The communication has been fragmented and disorganized. He fixed the problem, the cost was reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. (P.S.- ask for Dave)."
