"Dema Construction did a great job removing carpet from master bedroom, hallway, and stairs! They installed luxury vinyl plank in the bedroom and hallway and redid the stairs in wood. They were willing to move some of the big pieces of furniture and also installed a new railing. (Another contractor would not move any furniture and refused to do the railing. Lowe’s would only put carpet back on the stairs.) We have gotten a lot of compliments of the results! Below are before and after pictures."

I continued feeling positive for several weeks until one day I saw that the ceiling in my entryway was leaking - AGAIN - the very reason we had demolished and decided to redo the bathroom. My heart sunk and I panicked. We already paid the full bill and left a positive review. What if they didn't help us? Well, I did not need to worry. I took a photo and texted Ryan and called him. And now there's no leak, and I'm SUPER happy again.
