"In the middle of a heat wave my AC broke down during the night. I called a company I have used previously, but they weren't able to get to me for at least a week. While searching for a repairman using an app Circumvent contacted me and would come that day by 6 pm. The technician was able to come earlier. He found the issues right away and was able to repair my AC in less than an hour. The price was fair. He explained everything to me before proceeding."

We had no time to shop around.... 4 stars for the prompt repair and 2 stars on the pricing."

"Could not have been a worse experience. Hired to replace door hardware (knobs and hinges). Simple job for anyone. I was told by owner that "they'll make everything perfect ". Expected a few hours...it took two guys four hours by which time I just wanted them out. Checked things as they were working and pointed out multiple problems along the way. English communication was clearly not working. They did not know how to adjust doors by bending hinges (the correct way) and instead pounded on the door jams and sunk visible three-inch screws into one to adjust it. The front door was the worst and needed the doorknob hole enlarged by 1/8 inch. The solution was to use a Sawzall on both the knob and deadbolt holes - I wish I could attach photos here!! Ruined the door. It can never have a standard round knob again because of the hack job. Told owner, scheduled appointment. He didn't show and didn’t respond to texts. Small Claims Court is next to replace the front door. Don’t hire!"
