"We had Worth[less] install snow guards on our standing seam roof in Dec. of 2018 (13 months/1 season ago). A large section has just fallen off and appears to be pulling off other sections while also causing damage to our expensive standing seam roof and seamless gutters, both of which are new within the last 2 years. I assumed they would be very responsive and quick to remedy the problem but at first they said, "we can get someone there in the spring" followed by, "we don't really have anyone working right now" then, "there is snow and rain in the forecast, so maybe next week but probably later" and finally, "that shouldn't happen and never does, can you send some pictures and we can get back to you tomorrow?". Apart from our own safety concerns, our tenants, guests, mailmen/women, and pets would come into harm's way for a few more months if left to Worth[less]. For those considering Worth[less] for any work because the price seems appealing just remember this: good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good! Find someone who stands by their work or, at the very least, fixes things when they fail."

"We hired Lane Roofing to replace our roof, including removing an unused chimney and fixing existing leaks. They promised everything would be resolved—but over a year later, we still have leaks and now interior water damage. Cleanup was never fully done—we picked up over 200 nails ourselves to protect our 3-year-old. When we reported continued leaking, they blamed the chimney, then the insulation, then refused to help further. The owner yelled at us and said we were “ungrateful.” Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and unresolved issues. We would not recommend Lane Roofing to anyone."

Bill provided a written estimate that was reasonable compared to others offering the same service. Additionally, Bill was accommodating, willing to work with my time need. On project day, Bill came out with his crew to start the job. They created the seamless gutters at my home location and worked non-stop through final installation. I was pleased with the job done and how pleasant and professional everyone was. "Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness When I contacted Mary at this company she PROMISED someone would be here Thursday 2/25 for an estimate. Foolish me believed her as she appeared to be sincere. Late morning on Thursday I contacted her to be sure someone would be coming and again she assured me they would. Around 12:30 PM I contacted her again since no one appeared as promised and she again assured me someone would be here. I explained I can't waste another 4 hours waiting for a no show. She then said go do what you need to do? So I am supposed to only do local errands because they are inept? Told her that would not work. She then promised someone would be here Friday morning on 8/26 - as you are probably guessing again a no show. Called Mary multiple times explaining my time is at least as valuable as anyone's at their company. I let her know I am also a business owner and had now wasted 2 full mornings waiting for people that I believe Mary knew full well wouldn't show. She said to go out - again I explained when I go out it will not be local but then I relented when she said again that she promises Dave will be coming out and will give me a 30 minute heads up when heading my way. End result is I wasted and waited over 13 hours for repeated NO SHOWS. When a company can't be bothered showing up or be responsible and professional it is a big RED FLAG that there are many other issues than shows plaguing this company.
