"I have had a wet, pretty much unusable backyard for about 2 years. I've had several people come out and look, all clueless about why it might be happening and what could be done to fix it. Steve was the first and only person to actually investigate. He came up with steps for possible solutions and was totally upfront about how I should set my expectations as far as cost and results. There was a "wait-and-see" approach (which saved me money) but also immediate action, which is exactly what I hoped for. I also have peace of mind knowing there are steps I can take down the road if necessary. I'm THRILLED to say my yard hasn't been this dry in years! I am looking forward to using it again this summer! "Ken did a super great job. What I thought was a small problem actually was a bit larger. So a leaking pipe had the wrong pitch - so my kitchen sink never drained right. Well now it does. and he noted how bad my sink faucet was. Well he was able to replace it and now the pressure is great. He also cleans up after himself. super happy and will hire him again."
