Unfortunately, he had to cancel the original scheduled installation date due to family emergency which he did let us know well ahead of time. He even adjusted his schedule in following days to accommodate water softener system installation at my house to make sure its not delayed any further. That shows he cares about his customers and is willing to do his best to make sure his customers are well taken care of!!"
