"Cameron and his team showed up and immediately got to work. We moved from a 2-bedroom condo to another 2-bedroom condo. The weather was rainy and raw the day we moved. The guys were upbeat and didn't waste any time. They were accommodating and helpful in taking furniture apart and putting it back together. Everything was wrapped and protected from the weather, etc. They made sure everything was good, and nothing needed to be moved or changed before they left. The price was fair, and they came in under what was quoted/budgeted for. I would highly recommend Better Choice for your moving needs. I was happy to support this newer, growing, local business. She was able to arrange the packing early the very next morning after my call and the goods were moved across country exactly within the 2 week window she quoted me. "I called RMS fairly last minute regarding a fairly light job considering their usual,& I wasn’t even sure they’d accept it. However, they did so without a problem & accommodated my tight schedule reasonably well. They also quoted me a pretty fair minimum price given how light the job was both in volume & time,& sent me a confirmation email for my records. The day of the job, the driver called ahead to tell me he was on his way. The crew arrived within the 1-hour time window that I had chosen. They got to work right away,& the job was all done much more quickly than I anticipated & within the minimum quoted time. The crew was also quite friendly, efficient, courteous, & professional. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work,& would use them again, as well as recommend them to others based on my experience with them. The only reason I gave them a rating of 4.5 stars overall (vs 5) is that, as I said before, it was as a fairly light job & not the usual a moving job might entail, so I couldn’t objectively rank them as perfect, but that was definitely not due to any fault of theirs."
