A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming. Hector arrived at the house, examined the water heater, and then explained to me my options for replacement. He then went to Loweâ s for the water heater and parts necessary to complete the job.
