"Amazing crew completed this foundation. Completed work on time, and seemed to be exceptionally proficient in there craft. The crew kept a very clean worksite and were professional throughout the entire process. They even relocated excess dirt to low slope area on my property to facilitate drainage away from the foundation, which I thought I would have to get a landscaper to do in a future project. Words really can’t describe how great a job they did, I will be recommending this company to my neighbors."

"Not impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the employees. A week after work was supposedly complete and we got a thumbs up from the job foreman we discovered that the dehumidifier in our crawlspace was leaking into the crawlspace and was getting ready to fall over due to the jerry-rigged support system it was standing on. The foreman was hard to get ahold of during the job and has been unreachable since they received payment. This has been despite the warranty associated with their work. The work and experience has definitely not been worth the $70,000 premium price we were charged. We would not recommend this company to anyone else."

"We hired 3 A’s to build a stone wall around our flowerbed. They were so great to work with and did a fantastic job. Ariana was extremely professional and responsive, and she provided several quotes based on our specifications. We ended up doing a two layered stone wall. The stone wall came out beautifully and really boosts our curb appeal. The crew chose quality limestone that matched our house and took great care of our existing plants. They even raised the flowerbed, which I was pleasantly surprised to see! They clearly had a vision for what the product should look like, and I’m glad I trusted the experts. I also appreciated that they added leftover mulch to our trees and did a thorough clean-up. These guys really care about their customers. We sought out several quotes for this project, and 3 A’s was the most reasonably priced for such quality work. We couldn’t be happier with how the stone wall turned out. Thank you so much, 3 A’s!"

"First off, WE cannot thank Chris and team enough for the level of work they put into our yard! It was a difference maker! The level of customer service these guys deliver is really special. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "Alex completed a repair and reconstruction of a small balcony at my house that I had researched on Angis. They did a decent job on that project so when he recommended in May 2023 that I replace 2 additional flat TPO roof areas on my house I signed a work agreement with him and he asked for and received a deposit of $8500. I had heard nothing more from him by January 2024 so I cancelled the project and requested that my deposit be returned. I was told that he needed to find out what his supplier would charge for the return of the roof supplies he claimed to have purchased. Between February and July 2024 I have been repeatedly asking for the status of my refund. If I even get a response the response is that they are checking into it. I have even pointed out the clause in the agreement that states a cancellation of the agreement causes a 25% restocking fee and told him to just charge the fee and return the rest to me. I am now wondering if he ever intends to refund any of my deposit."
