The siding repair costs went over the initial estimate due to the extent of the damage discovered as more layers of the siding were removed. The extra costs were fair and reasonable. The quality of the siding repair work was impressive! The 2 contractors who completed the siding repair took their time to ensure everything was correct. Any issues I experienced were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is an important part of the process as well. Mighty Dog takes pictures of projects, including before and after, as well as any damage found and repairs made. The information is maintained in a Mighty Dog customer vault for future reference. Mighty Dog Roofing Columbus West continues to improve their business model by asking customers what they could have done better or different, rather than being inflexible or stagnant. Not the cheapest out of the 3 estimates I received, however, I would most definitely hire them again! I have already referred them to a coworker and a neighbor!"
