He is responsive and sets reasonable expectations as far as timing and availability of materials. He was a good manager of the subcontractors as well when that was needed. He and his team were very respectful of the fact that we were living through the renovation and tried not to spread the renovation mess to other spaces and was always good to make sure our pets were out of any danger.
