"Excellent service. The owner came out as the other technicians were occupied. Gave me a fair quote over text when I sent pictures of the water heater that needed replacing. Was out to my house in 45 minutes with all parts and a new water heater. Explained the he process and the job which I accepted and got the whole job done in 2 hours. Right on target with time quoted. Others quoted me prices ranging from low (would not even cover the cost of the new water heater) to double the price."

"I'm so glad a neighbor recommended Duane to us! With a little bit of fact-finding, knowledge of the area, and troubleshooting on the spot, Duane fixed an issue we'd been having with our outdoor faucet since 2019 within in 5 minutes of his arrival (turns out we just needed to open a valve all the way). We'd previously had a big-name plumber come out, ask no questions, and quote us $250 to fix the faucet that ultimately worked just fine -- didn't realize that wasn't the right approach until we met Duane. Will hire him again and recommend him to friends, without a doubt!"
