"I called to have a plumber come look at my to toilet which was leaking. I explained the problem and the man I talked to said to send pictures of the inside and the diagram on the lid. He said the parts would need to be ordered and take about 2 weeks. In 2 weeks the parts came and they called to schedule for a plumber come out. He came out the day we scheduled and fixed the problem. Very nice friendly man. Taking pictures saved a trip for the plumber and also saved me money to just have a plumber tell me parts had to be ordered."
