Struck an immediate rapport with him! He measured for the project and he provided a very reasonable $ estimate the next day. He picked up the countertop we had purchased for him, and one week later, again exactly on time, our countertops were removed & replaced, fitting perfectly. Tidied up very well after his work was complete. Our project was very "simple", but he showed us photos of other far more intricate and beautifully designed finishing carpentry he has done, truly a craftsman and an artisan. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
