Nick, at Quick Drain, was highly recommended with a write up that “he’s done some work for York Properties, and he’s one of the best service people I’ve ever worked with”. We called him up and he promptly came out to take care of our drainage problems. He’s a workhorse! Cleaning out drains (even having to access one from the roof as we did not have a clean out), inspecting drains with his camera, and cleaning up after himself! He also recommended another company who could install a cleanup for our old house. Could not be more pleased with this young man’s fine, professional service !"

My house literally smelled raw sewage. I let the receptionist know, then she said she would report to her boss. While Crossroads was the least expensive I spoke with, they were also very clear and professional, explaining likely causes of my issue, potential other problems it could be, and the equipment they had to ensure that the job would be completed correctly and verified. "Cancelled all services with Blanton as well as this well pitched Wow Service Plan. Was given a good pitch about services provided. However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."
