"I was very specific about the cleaning jobs I wanted done, including leaving a note with all the specifics. They came late the first day but seemed to make good progress. When they returned the second day they were later still. I came right over when they said they were done and they were already idling in the driveway wanting to leave. I asked specific questions about jobs they were supposed to do that obviously had not been done, like scrubbing floors and dusting the chandelier, cleaning cabinets and wiping down walls in prep for painters. They said those things were done but they were not. Stains I pointed out on the floor they said they scrubbed but when I followed up, it took me very little effort to get them clean. They clearly did only the jobs they wanted to do and left other things completely untouched. I do not think they had the right products or equipment to do the job even though they said they did. Too bad because they actually cleaned some areas well."

Then we discovered insulation that they had "coated" inside several ducts had fallen down and was blocking air flow on the inside! Their sloppy work got spray coating on the ceiling around every vent, and the shiny bright white of the coating is a different white from the ceilings. We called them to address these issues on 11/14, 11/15, and 11/18, 11/19, and finally 11/20 a woman said Darren would be here 11/25 to assess. No one showed up. We called dozens of times throughout the rest of November, December, and January. No one answered or showed up. These are destructive, incompetent dishonest scammers. Avoid like the plague."
