"Charlie and his crew arrived promptly at the time he mentioned over the phone. He and his crew are quiet team but went to work immediately. After about 45 minutes Charlie came down from the attic and described what he thought was the problem. He provided me with a ballpark quote for parts and labor. He needed to drive back to an HVAC parts distributer for a gas valve and circuit board. He and crew left for an hour and half and arrived back with the new parts. An hour later, my heating was back to working. I am typically skeptical of small business owners on providing quotes but Charlie came across as a competent technician with years of experience. I did not feel I was overcharged or misled. I will do business with Charlie and his crew again. My advice is be understanding of him and his crew's language barrier.
