"They did my staircase. This system won't allow me to state that the the "What work did you need done?" I had them do my staircase and they did a great job. I highly recommend them. Very professional and they clean up behind themselves. Amanda & Shawna are excellent with there customer service. Their crew is also very professional and knowledgeable on their craft. They sent out emails preparing you for there visit and how everything is going to go. I will definitely recommend them to others."

"MTC was prompt and responsive to request for estimate. I felt the cost was fair based on the levels of cleaning outlined. The arrangement for the job took place on schedules that messed with family and the job was well done and I was pleased, very pleased with the result. A little sealant got exposed to the glass wall of the shower but MTC was willing to come back to clean it but they talked me through how to remove it and I did. They were eager to make sure I was fully satisfied."

"Everything Iâ ve used Construction Doctors for has been great! From start to finish it has been a smooth process. The latest job Iâ ve hired them for is an update for to our backyard. The time and attention into just planning it out is very appreciated. Also, they give multiple options to what you may have as an idea, and will work with you depending on your budget! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
