Prior to the project, Mr. Martinez came to the house to see the trees. He was honest in his assessment and recommendation. He answered my questions satisfactorily. His estimate was very competitive. "Elite arborist just completed a tree removal for us and we are thrilled with our entire interaction from start to finish. Kevin quickly came out to give an estimate and Danielle was pleasure to interact with by email for questions such as Certificate of Insurance and scheduling. We had a 100 ft poplar tree- rotten and hollow at the base. It was in a tricky location due to the close proximity to our leach field, fence, and multiple planting beds. Kevin and his crew were professional, very skilled, personable and did an excellent job. The crew didnâ t stop until the tree was removed and they left the property in better condition than when they started. "This was a great experience from quote, to scheduling the work to completion of the job. Oscar was on time for the quote. His team arrived early on the project day and were very courteous. They went above and beyond to make the tree removal and trimming look great. The job included the removal of four large pine trees in the backyard and several to trim in the front. Unbelievably they were done in four hours including the clean-up and removal of all materials. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a big tree removal job."

When Mr. Pinion met me for a free estimate, he was most impressive when he promptly offered me a copy of the company's Proof of Insurance BEFORE I even asked for it! He provided me with a nice and neat bundle of paperwork that included a written estimate; a Certificate from the State of North Carolina (signed by the NC Secretary of State); and a copy of the P.O.I. I also want to point out that this company was very reasonable with their price; more so than the other quotes we received. Mr. Pinion and his work crew were absolutely awesome. They started the job at 7:30am and they finished around 2:30pm. They cut down 4 trees in our yard. Three of those trees were extremely close to our house and in difficult locations to get at (the trunk of one tree was literally touching our house)! They removed all 4 trees without any problems whatsoever and cleaned everything up before leaving! Jesse Pinion and his crew handled the entire Tree Removal Project with extreme expertise!!! "Brayan tore out some old, uneven pavers and leveled and installed new ones for me. He also built a small retaining wall to bring the space together. His work was excellent and he was very responsive throughout the process. He was able to start the work within a couple weeks of stopping by for my estimate and it only took him 2 days to complete the job. Additionally, the cost for materials and labor was very fair. Heâ s a wonderful person to work with and I will be recommending him to others."
