"Owner came out & we discussed that we wanted a deep floor to ceiling cleaning of LR, DR & Kitchen with focus on cabinets & above as well as floor baseboard and trim and basic clean of small bathroom. We said it was not necessary for the interior cabinets, fridge, stove etc to be cleaned. The owner actually commented that we kept an already clean home. Its difficult for me to clean above the cabinets, and they were well overdue for a scrub. We accepted the quote & went ahead. They showed up on time & the 2 women did a fabulous job on cabinets, wiped down appliances, counter, and floors were vacuumed too. They were here for 2 hours. We were shocked that no attention was paid to the baseboard/trim or bathroom as requested. Our first time hiring a cleaning company & thought a deep cleaning would include dust/wiping of console/side tables & cobwebs at ceiling. Disappointed that we didn't at least get what we specifically asked for."

"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"
