"Review for LeakMaster, A month after we moved into a house in 2016, the roof blew off. We had never experienced this before so we went to the Home Show hoping to find a roofer. We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls. We called Mike and he said the contractor had structured the roof incorrectly. Because it was leaking so badly, he repaired the roof quickly. No more leaks. Mike is easy to work with, on time, and careful about his job. He covers the shrubs and cleans up after the repair. He wants to do it right."

"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. "Anthony was absolutely amazing from WNY Roofing. His professionalism could not be out done. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. It looks great and their cleanup afterwards was meticulous, as well as the steps they took to protect my landscaping during the process. As a side note I wanted to mention, I had elected not to replace my gutters at the time and they mistakenly dented one area of the gutter, but replaced the entire section without any questions asked and were very professional throughout the process. As good of a job as they did on the roof, I need to also recommend Anthony highly due the assistance he provided in his suggestion when I was having difficulty with my Insurance Company. My Insurance company would not approve replacing my roof, even after 3 different roofing companies had said the entire roof needed to be replaced. They only wanted to approve one small area after I had fought with them over the issue for several months. I wish I had gone to Anthony first, as he not only was always very professional and timely with the job that his company performed, he also provided me critical assistance and a recommendation, that even though it took time, resulted in the Insurance company being forced to pay for the entire roof replacement. His suggestion was key in getting this approved and I highly recommend asking him about it if you have difficulty with your insurance company. This is the one company I will recommend from now on, for any roofing needs you may have. Thank you so much Anthony!"

"Tom & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, personable, courteous and efficient. When I first contacted him, he came out promptly, discussed the job in detail and quoted a very reasonable price. Once the work commenced, the roof was replaced in one day except for an hour of follow up the following morning. My wife and I were extremely pleased and also planned on having him replace a roof on our rental property at a later date. When the job was completed, Tom suggested that we replace the gutters and also added that they don't do gutter work. I agreed with Tom and contacted another contractor to replace my gutters. When the gutter contractor started their work, they pointed out a potential problem and suggested I discuss it with the roofer before they continue the job. Once done, they would come back and complete the gutters. I agreed and contacted Tom. Over the course of over two weeks Tom & I sporadically exchanged phone calls. He explained that he was busy which is completely understandable and that he would get back to me and check out the problem. He did not return phone calls as promised nor did he take the time to check out the potential problem. Therefore, we had the gutters completed without his input. Since we were so pleased with the roof installation this was a disappointment to us. Despite this, I would use Storm Roofing again and I will continue to recommend them. I'm just sorry he couldn't take a half hour out of his time and check out a possible problem for us."

When it came time for the work to be done his guys were very polite and cared about how they presented themselves on the job site. It was nice and clean when they left and had no issues with the work done. I recommend them to anyone who ask's if I know any roofers. Great company all-around!"
