While looking at the retaining wall and stairs, he did notice that my foundation wall was starting to buckle in. The crew that he had assigned to the job were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions while they were working. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed and walked me through on what they did. "Was quoted to remove debris and do a low pressure wash on the roof. When tech showed up I showed him the area with my biggest concern. He started most of it should come off . The debris was blown all over my deck and shrubs which isn’t a huge issue. The low pressure washing didn’t include any cleaner just a rinse that a hard rain could duplicate. Half way through the job I get a call with them wanting an additional $1600 to actually clean the roof claim my 5 year old metal roof is oxidized. When I compare I was basically told that’s all you get for the money."
