"Dale Crane is a real pro! While I had to wait several months (because he is in such high demand) the job his crew did was well worth waiting for. He is thorough in preparing his bid, and his crew boss, Mike Nadeau, is outstanding in his follow-through. As in any large job there are unexpected surprises. But they were handled with flexibility and keen attention to detail. Dale and Mike has many good suggestions for dealing with unexpected things that came up. They wanted it to be top-quality in every way. Our house was a triple-decker in downtown Northampton – a rental unit that we were turning into condos. The original dark cedar shakes has exceeded their expected life span, but we loved how they looked. The vinyl is now white, and the place looks like a million bucks and is all bright and shiny. The crew pays attention to details, and everyone cares a lot how the final product shows up. The new condo association owners will have no worries for the next few decades…or more. "Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

Igor's Construction was born out of a IGOR's Siding, registered by the owner in 2003 in Philadelphia, PA, initially specializing in remodeling and siding installation or removal. As the company grew, adding up years of experience, our area of specialty expanded accordingly. Realizing that while covering different areas of the construction business, the need for a change of name became more appropriate. As the economy of our country began to struggle, so did the homeowner. Realizing that the energy preservation, weatherization and appearance of environmentally friendly products was the cue for the modern home improvement practices, Igor's Construction has adapted accordingly. In a decade of doing business, we are proud to state that we have not had a dissatisfied customer.

"We had a great experience with Igor and his team. We hired IGOR Construction to remove the old siding on our two-story house & install new vinyl siding. Igor gave a quote on the spot, which he stuck to and never tried to upsell us then or later. His team showed up on time and worked 12 hour days to get our job done in between rain storms (I was also impressed that they took legally required breaks). The job was finished in the time frame that Igor promised and looks great. Vinyl siding can look messy because the pieces have to overlap in places but they worked hard to make the front and side of the house look good (and it does). . They also left the worksite spotless - ground clean and everything reattached and put back in place. They delivered everything exactly as promised. Would hire them again!"

"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."
