"Everything went wonderfully well and it took a lot less time and cost less than I anticipated. Nate did everything from replacing seating straps on porch furniture to replacing screen panels on our screened porch to changing front door hardware to replacing toilet seats to replacing screened porch light fixtures to taking down a wall mounted TV (and the mounting device) to moving furniture, to replacing all door stops, to setting a hinge pins on doors to running an errand to Lowe's, etc, etc. His attitude was great. "The work took 2 full days and and half of a third day. We first discussed what work would be done. I would have been happy just having the wallpaper removed but Steve offered to paint the ceiling, walls and trim. I also had a room with six inch wallpaper trim that he offered to remove. This was wonderful! The team was punctual, they laid tarp down through the hallways where they worked. They bagged all the waste and wiped down all surfaces. They used Sherwin Williams paint and for the bathroom we asked for a mildew resistant additive which he gladly added. Both rooms got 2 coats of paint and I even noticed that near the doorway corners he put 3 coats. Before they painted they also patched any holes and evened the wall surface. We are very pleased with the results and plan on having this team paint other rooms in our home in the near future.

"Very satisfied with the work performed.  Didn't cut corners...used treated lumber for the bottom plate of walls (though our basement is about as watertight as one could be), insulated up into the floor joists along the exterior walls, etc.  Most days Jodie (and his 1 or 2 employees) showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m. and put in an 8 hour day.  Some individual projects (like re-locating the water heater) took longer than expected but I understand things like that will happen.  Each day after they left I felt that adequate progress had taken place.  I was very hands on during the entire project, I always wanted to know what the 'plan for the day' was, how was he going to do this or that, etc.  Jodie made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted.  Project took approximately a week longer to complete than estimated due to some unforeseen issues.  I would hire Jodie again in a heartbeat, as a matter of fact, Jodie and I have already discussed 2 future projects."
