The driving factor for us was how organized the process was. 1 person coordinating, 1 project manager, 1 point of contact. These guys had someone for everything. Everything was done in a timely manner. They are open to suggestions throughout the project and suggestions are made as well. We touched on everything and the end result is amazing. We are extremely happy to have chosen home genius. Another factor and maybe the most important was the warranty the backs up everything. It’s also transferable. "I used Integrity Roofing to replace our roof on our new home and it was an incredibly great experience. The owner Rich is incredibly honest, upfront, reliable, and nice to speak with. He's not salesy guy and he's not going to blow smoke. His pricing is SUPER reasonable and he came in well-below the many other quotes that I got. His workers are awesome. Super nice and extremely hard working. The roof was replaced with all GAF products and is built to last 40-50 years. They also installed a bathroom vent fan for me AND since the gutters were 25-30 years old, Rich had his gutter guy come out on the last day and it came out SO WELL. The house is like brand new! They cleaned up after themselves and left virtually nothing behind. They used magnets and tarps and picked up all the nails and pieces around the house. Finally, Rich was super honest and told me that they scuffed up some of the siding a little in the back yard when carrying debris out - and it's really not even that bad (it'll come out with magic eraser). I 100% RECOMMEND integrity and will refer him to anyone I know looking to have their roof repaired or replaced in north Jersey."

"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. "WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am.
