"The bathroom on the second floor was very outdated with a crack in the middle of the tiled floor. It was completely renovated with a large walk-in, sit down shower with floor to ceiling marble tile and a beautiful blue cabinet sink with matching mirror. A ceiling light was installed above the shower, in addition to an exhaust fan in the ceiling above the sink. The adjacent linen closet and broom closet space was transformed into a space for a stackable washer/dryer. Aldo and his team did an excellent job on this project. I am very happy with the end result and highly recommend them."

"Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"
