Our hardwood floor was grayed in some areas and he strongly recommended that I use the sanding method to get a more uniform look. He also was willing, for a fee, to pull and replace the toilet which his competitors did not offer to do. I have already recommended him to an acquaintance."

He said he would be at our house between 12 and 12:30 and he arrived promptly at noon. He and his crew arrived on time for the scheduled installation and completed the project in 2 days. Crandal and his crew are all very personable, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They paid attention to the smallest of details and our floors look amazing. We are remodeling an older townhome, so I know we will be using his services again.
