On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

Custom One must properly backfill and finish concrete inside hot water closet after final plumbing inspection or refund client in the amount of $300. Custom One will properly and professionally re-install vanity light fixture centered above vanity or refund client $200. Custom One shall properly secure floor decking upstairs- specifically in bathroom area before finishing flooring in this area.
