"Platinum General Construction LLC was contacted after two initially hired contractors were incompetent in providing the remodeling services needed for our bathroom remodel in Dec/Jan 2025. Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. We were pleased that Platinum got our project back on track and finished after dealing with the mis-steps of our original contractors."

"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. "My wife and I have been on a 18 month journey with Renovate to plan a significant basement remodel which included replacement of the main beam of the house and a dig out of a crawlspace to expand the footprint of the basement. Along the way, Amanda and her team (especially Jeremiah and Ross) have been utterly professional and helped us craft an amazing vision for the project, with lots of changing scope and financial constraints on our side that changed along the way. It was always easy to get on the phone with someone there and to talk things out when we needed to discuss something or revise our plans and they were always great about working out multiple options to solve problems as we encountered them. What we wanted to do was really ambitious and they always had a steady hand at the wheel. We were especially grateful that, in order to save us money, they would allow us to contract with an excavation company directly in order to bring the project within budget. Ultimately, we had to shelve the project until financing it would be more feasible, but Amanda was extremely gracious and understanding even about that turn of events. And, in the end, we have engineering drawings and floorplans that we can keep until the time is right to do the work, so it wasn't all for naught."
