"I received an estimate from the owner, Connor. My property needs a lot so he was taking care of a few things. New gravel in my driveway with slight grading to decrease sitting water. A retaining wall to help prevent flooding in my basement. Filling in dirt where a swimming pool once was, & replacing gravel under my shed where the groundhogs had gone wild. He also built up a part of the ATV track my son wore down over the years. He arrived on the day he said he'd be here. He worked efficiently. He was professional and respectful of my property. Reasonably priced & when I asked him about providing tree removal, he was honest when he told me he didn't have the equipment required to remove trees near power lines. I appreciate the honesty. I'll be hiring Connor to do other outdor projects in the future."

"Sean and his crew were amazing and very professional. They came out within a day of contacting them about a drainage issue we had. He came and assessed the situation, drew up a plan, and helped us get things submitted to the township and our HOA. Once we got approved and got permits, him and his crew were fast to get started. Once they got started, they did an amazing job. We got a complaint from a picky neighbor who believed that we were encroaching on his property. Sean came out and talked to our HOA and assessed the situation. It was proven that Sean and his crew followed all the guideline and rules set forth by our HOA. He is very knowledgeable about laws and codes. We also had him install fencing around our property and it looks great. Great quality work!!! They regraded our back yard as well. The best time to level a yard is in the spring when the soil is an ideal mix of moist and dry. Completing your leveling project early in spring also reduces the chances of erosion damage from water movement through the spring and summer.
