"We hired David and Noah to do a gut renovation of our home in Santa Monica. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with the office I knew these guys were different. We were impressed to find that they were the only contractors to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. David and Noah, and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. Santa Monica is also very strict with inspections. The office was scheduling inspections every time we needed and was very patient and professional working with the city. The quality of the work has been great and the team even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team. They are professional and they stand by their work."

This was a huge project and it was hard to find someone to trust to be able to do all of it correctly but A and A truly came through and lived up to everything I could hope for. From structural work and following protocols for the larger more complicated areas of the home, down to the smallest details and designs when it came to colors and styles for the interior, they were very hands on the whole way through and very professional, I am so thankful I found them and I LOVE my home now!"
