"HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Scam company. We have a contract for a porch for nearly $90,000. Weâ ve paid over $45,000 for material and services and only have a $4,000 strip of concrete. They have ghosted us for over three weeks and now will not return any calls. The project was supposed to be well underway by now. When I looked up our property for permit information so I can file a complaint against the contractor license, they havenâ t even filed a permit like they were supposed to. This is a red flag when companies do not file proper permits. Generally, that means they are not licensed to do the work. The company is a nightmare to work with and is not legitimate. They came recommended through Angi and I have no idea how. The companyâ s main branch does not answer phones, nor do they call you back. Avoid this con artist company at all costs or you will be out $10,000â s. Next step is legal action. Update 1: Pikes Peak Regional Building Department confirmed they did not file for a permit and are required to do so before they touch my house. Stop Work Order will be issued against my residence now. Update 2: After some back-and-forth conversations and pleas, we agreed to give them a second chance. Big mistake. After broken promises of doing better, they still can't keep a schedule or coordinate when they will show up. They've been onsite once within a two-week period. All I have now is a beam bolted to my wall. Thier original plan that they were going to build from was denied by the building department; no surprise there. It is a daily game of phone calls and excuses about why they can't show up. Additionally, they leave nails and cigarette butts all over my yard and patio. I honestly think they ran out of money and can't finish my deck. Update 3: Still no deck, no approved permit after months of delays. I have holes in my backyard and material all over my back yard, side yard and front driveway. PPRBC notified of illegal work started without a permit. Update 4: Finally got an approved permit, but no material. They haven't paid their subs and now the builders walked off the job. Police report filed with El Paso County for theft and complaint filed with PPRBD for starting work on our house without a permit."

"I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs."
