"Stay Away from this company. They make decisions for you. I asked for black hardware and tracks. Instead of ordering powder coated items they came with painted items. Needless to say two weeks later the paint started to scrape off and the garage looks horrible. Their reasoning was it was cheaper. I was not presented with the alternative. They also pulled the old garage door operator off the ceiling which cost me $$$$ to repair. They left with the door screeching. When I left a message for a return visit to repair the faulty door it was ignored and I needed to get another company to correct the improperly installed door, again additional $$$$ I then called and told them I no longer needed the repair. A totally unethical company. The weakest link in my entire garage project."
