Chris came to inspect my roof over the weekend, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how the company would do it, and was able to come that very Monday. His team came right on time at 8am and cleared the surrounding area for any debris that would fall. They clearly communicated who they were and what they were doing and Carlos sent me update pictures at every step. I greatly appreciate his help especially after I had a bad experience with a previous roofer. He gave me a completely different great experience than the one I dealt with before, and I highly appreciate how professional he and his team are. Would recommend 1000%!!! Thanks Carlos!"
