"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. "During the mold removal process I was told all scrap wood and debris would be removed before the crawl space moisture barrier plastic would be laid. This did not occur, Due to black plastic sheeting not being available translucent plastic was substituted. This does provide a moisture barrier while making evident the wood and debris that was not removed prior to laying the plastic sheet. Also, the translucent material allows for organic growth around the crawl space air vents. Lastly, the air ductwork was to be fogged to kill mold within. This has not yet been completed. I've attempted to phone and text my ECT contact without success. Their operation does travel through several regions. Hopefully, they will return to correct the debris concern and fog the ductwork. Good news is the mold on the floor joist underlayment has been eradicated."
