"Iâ m a licensed real estate broker. Iâ m representing a seller of a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. No one had occupied the home for a couple of years and they had left it extremely dirty. That included a very nasty stove and oven, a fairly new refrigerator that was trashed inside. And there were spots on the laminate kitchen floor. I was doubtful that it could be restored.. I reached out to three maid services recommended by Angiâ s List. Only 2 called me back. Nanci, the owner of â Peace of mind cleaning, set an appointment to view the house right away. The person with the other cleaning service set an appointment initially but then canceled and gave me a price quote over the phone without having seen the house. Nanci, on the other hand set an appointment immediately and came right over. She gave a reasonable price quote for a crew of five to â deep cleanâ to the home. She was so professional in person it was clear she was the right person and company to hire. On the day of cleaning the crew showed up promptly snd begin work immediately. At one point during the cleaning Nanci was there also with her hands on. When the work was completed, The home was immaculate. It looked like a brand new home inside. The stove was restored to look like new throughout, The refrigerator was spotlessly clean. And the laminate kitchen floor gleamed like a brand new floor. All bathrooms were so clean and sparkling we couldnâ t believe they were the same bathrooms. The owner was so impressed that he said he might have them come back to do a deep cleaning once every year. Both Ithe homeowner snd I canâ t recommend Peace of Mind Cleaning highly enough!"

In any case, I would definitely use Ramon for any gutter cleaning or power washing that I needed. I have told all of my neighbors what a great experience it was having Ramon to my house. "3/19/2025 No Moss Softwash came over to my neighbors house to do a job and Gian (john) Carlo was sent over to give me a quote. Gian told me his employer would charge more so he said he can do my job as a side job the next day. He came over the price went from-- oh you need the gutters and down spouts both cleaned ent from $40-$200. He finished this 2300sq foot house in 1 hr., ( yes) When I looked at the green waste barely anything was in there. Out of the down spouts he confirmed 2 of the 5 were clear.So I trusted him. He did not show me video of the back of the house, down spout being cleared. 13 days later, bigger rain, gutter along the whole back side of house full of water (again). I got up on a ladder at 62yrs old Grandmother, and found the down spout to be plugged, and my son was able to remove some debris, while the water pressure was so high that the water came shooting out of the SIDE of the top of the down spout until the pressure was relieved. That spout is still clogged."
