"This guy is a fraud. He has about 5 reviews two of them were from his son and wife who gave him a score of 5/5 without any comments. He came and installed two main drains and caused damage to the piping by the equipment. Folded the winter cover wrong and was told to repair the damage he caused and to redo the cover. He promised he will after he got the money and ran away. I called more than 20 times, left voice and text messages and he won't care to respond. After 2 months he said he won't day any more needed repairs because he thinks I won't pay him which is a lie. I never negotiated his price and paid him immediately without delay."

"The absolute worst! These guys "opened" my pool. PJ, the owner and an employee were on site. I had to spend two hours helping them because they couldn't figure out how to attach the railings and diving board. They didn't vacuum! They didn't even attempt to balance the chemistry. They didn't turn on the heater, unless you count pressing the on button. It was not working, and needed repairs which I wound up doing myself, they didn't bother to check it, at all. Worst of all, they failed to tighten the bolts on the diving board, and as a result one of my kid's friends got injured when the board went sideways. Stay away. Literally, anyone else is a better choice."

He happened to call me while I was waiting for an important work call, and then the following day while I was driving my kid to swim lessons. "This is the only guy I would hire for decking and such. He tore off an existing deck and rebuilt with an additional 3 season room in 2003. We needed alot of repairs done in 2019, due to material failure. Not the responsibility of Four Seasons, that material is what was available in 2003. We received quotes from 8 area contractors. Holy moly, what a line of b.s. we got from them. We received bids from $500.00 to $9000.00 and no commitment what was to be done. It was plain to see most of the others did not know what they were doing. Reluctant to call Tom because he is far from us. To my surprise, he was over and gave us a great price and perfect workmanship! An honest and hardworking man. Happy we found him."

The lifespan of your pool is determined by its construction and materials. In-ground concrete pools offer a lifespan of 50 years. Fiberglass pools deliver over 30 years of service. Vinyl-lined pools have a 20-year lifespan with a required liner replacement every six to 12 years. Above-ground pools typically offer a lifespan of eight to 15 years.
It’s best practice to drain and refill the pool every three to five years to maintain the water's purity and flush out accumulated solids. Avoid draining the pool completely, as this can damage the structure. If you're not experienced in pool drainage, it's best to have a pool professional handle the process to protect both your pool and its surroundings.
