"The absolute worst! These guys "opened" my pool. PJ, the owner and an employee were on site. I had to spend two hours helping them because they couldn't figure out how to attach the railings and diving board. They didn't vacuum! They didn't even attempt to balance the chemistry. They didn't turn on the heater, unless you count pressing the on button. It was not working, and needed repairs which I wound up doing myself, they didn't bother to check it, at all. Worst of all, they failed to tighten the bolts on the diving board, and as a result one of my kid's friends got injured when the board went sideways. Stay away. Literally, anyone else is a better choice."

He happened to call me while I was waiting for an important work call, and then the following day while I was driving my kid to swim lessons. I apologized for the phone tag and I asked him if I could call him back when my kid was at his lesson, to which he responded, with a mean tone "No." I told him I was doing the best I could to take care of this job, but I also work full time and have kids. We needed alot of repairs done in 2019, due to material failure. Not the responsibility of Four Seasons, that material is what was available in 2003. We received quotes from 8 area contractors. Holy moly, what a line of b.s. we got from them. We received bids from $500.00 to $9000.00 and no commitment what was to be done. It was plain to see most of the others did not know what they were doing. Reluctant to call Tom because he is far from us. To my surprise, he was over and gave us a great price and perfect workmanship! An honest and hardworking man. Happy we found him."

"We decided to remove the old deck in our back yard and build a new larger one with a pergola. Jim did a great job from start to end. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."
