"Charlie and his crew arrived promptly at the time he mentioned over the phone. He and his crew are quiet team but went to work immediately. After about 45 minutes Charlie came down from the attic and described what he thought was the problem. He provided me with a ballpark quote for parts and labor. He needed to drive back to an HVAC parts distributer for a gas valve and circuit board. He and crew left for an hour and half and arrived back with the new parts. An hour later, my heating was back to working. I am typically skeptical of small business owners on providing quotes but Charlie came across as a competent technician with years of experience. I did not feel I was overcharged or misled. I will do business with Charlie and his crew again. My advice is be understanding of him and his crew's language barrier. Carefully explain details of your project experience and expected outcomes. Charlie will see to it that you are satisfied with his crew's work. Thanks Charlie!"

"I have given him one star simply because he showed up. Joseph came here upon request because he was sent photos. Upon receiving the photos he provided an estimate. Once he arrived and realized the job did not require what he originally quoted, he said out of his mouth that the job was not worth what he originally quoted. He continued to push for the original estimate even after admitting that the job was not worth this. He mentioned feed his family which had nothing to do with repairing my bi-fold door. After negotiating and reminding him of what he just said about the repairs not being worth $320, we settled on $250. He put caulk on the hole in the door which is fine.. and he said he would be replacing the hardware on the door. No hardware was replaced. We get to the end where it’s time to pay. I asked him in text (I have proof) which payment method he would accept. He said he would accept discover card. He gets here and now he wants cash or zelle. He seemed as though he was slightly irritated that I had to go and withdraw the cash to send. If he had properly identified what I asked and what he responded to, he would’ve received the payment a lot sooner. Moral of this, be careful who you book for repairs. I will NOT be using this service again."
