In order to understand the extraordinary positive impact Dream Design and Richard had on my husband and myself, I must describe how we started on this remodeling project. Our home is a rancher built in 1957. It was apparent that some interior renovations had occurred prior to our arrival. The washer and dryer from the 1980s had been installed in what was previously a coat closet. A new coat closet was built in the front door vestibule making entry very difficult. We hired another company and included renovation of an old bathroom and creation of a new closet in our hallway to our bedrooms. The company was mostly "no call, no show." Because Dream Design was working on another house in our community, we called them. Richard listened to us and confirmed with us frequently about what we wanted. Within days, we had a plan, budget, and a START date! Hooray!! Now, just six months later, we have a beautiful new laundry room addition, a new lovely front door vestibule, and lovely renovated old bathroom...looking very modern and functional! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Richard's team. We got to know his staff of electricians, painters, carpenters, and plumbers very well. Down to the last man, they are highly skilled and talented craftsmen. They treated our projects as if they were working in their own homes."

"The profession craftsmen at Hanlon kitchen came together as a team to build me a superb kitchen from design to implementation. From my first meeting with them at the Howard County Home Show in October 2014 they have never ceased to impress me with their dedication to quality and customer service. The team starts with the Presidents of the company and continues through their staff, their incredible designer, to the master carpenters. Tracy, their designer, worked with me for hours to ensure that the kitchen I had envisioned was practical while still being extremely stylish. She understood that I was a cook no gingerbread but kitchen I would be happy to work in for hours. The kitchen implementation crew from Bruce, the foreman, to Greg and Rob, master carpenters, worked endlessly to make sure everything was perfect. Their motto they're not finished until the customer is completely happy. Even then there were times when I was happy but it wasn't perfect enough to meet their high standards. And then they finished the job ON TIME!!! From start to finish it took them less than 5 weeks to transform my functional yet dated kitchen into a kitchen showplace. Would I recommend them?
