He was courteous and professional and gave me a reasonable quote to complete the job outlined. He came out a few weeks later and completed the job as promised. He and his team were polite, cleaned up upon completion and the Chimney looks great. He said if I had waited any longer it would have been a much bigger problem. I appreciated his insight and it was evident he has been doing this for some time. I will recommend him to family and friends if they ever need chimney work."

The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional, but the real issue lies with their so-called "project manager" Danielle and the rest of the company. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job. The invoice listed charges for installation and chimney caps, which were supposed to be free according to the technicians. When I raised this concern, they denied everything and were extremely dismissive. To make matters worse, I even sent them a video of the technicians confirming the free items (captured by my Ring d"
