Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."

"I had 3 other bids before Mick Prendergast and also had the time to do a little reading about what the project entailed. Was thrilled when Mick came over and we discussed the project and he demonstrated his skill and experience. His bid was higher than other 2 bidders who I was suspicious over being too low but lower than the third (who never explained why the bid was so ridiculously high); I added two more projects onto the original and the bid for all 3 came in very fair. Mick was fantastic to work with â really knew his stuff. All three projects were completed extremely efficiently, cleanly â he even did more than asked but the final price was exactly what he bid. One of the major obstacles I encounter in the construction industry is finding reliable and good help, and as they say showing up is half the battle. These guys were there right when they said they would be, early. Right away I know what Iâ m dealing with. After going over the scope of the work with them, we laid out the pattern for a unique front walkway pour. 3x6 slabs were positioned accurately and spaced with grass in between and the look came out phenomenal. Very happy with the quality, the edge work was neat, and the color was exactly what I asked for. Iâ ll be using them again in the future at build sites on Long Island."
