He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to me. Since he needed to order a part, the repair couldn't be completed right away, but he was back by Monday to finish the job. Impressively, he even offered to come on Sunday if it was needed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. The repair was done efficiently, and my heating is now working perfectly. I'll definitely be reaching out to Heating & Cooling Pros for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!"
