"He came when expected, looked the job over, asked me some questions concerning the job and gave me an estimate. When I agreed to hire him after I asked a few questions he left to purchase the supplies he needed for the job and sent me an invoice via QuickBooks. I accepted the invoice and paid via Debit card and he completed his part of the job that day and the stainer finished the job the following day. I was pleased with the job and the prompt- ness and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Scotto who seemed to be well organized and kept me informed as we proceeded. I would definitely use him again."

"We hired Swanger Excavation to repair an existing driveway. His price was more than fair. He is polite, very knowledgeable and experienced for a young man, and his work ethic is phenomenal. Our project was not a simple one, and he was patient, accommodating, flexible, and went above & beyond to insure our satisfaction.
